Shipping/Exchange Policy

 

Returns and Exchanges:

All returns must be accompanied by a Returns Request Form. Complete the entire form, returns with forms that are not complete will be returned at your expense. 

The products must be unopened and returned in its original package with all tags intact. If the products are removed from their package the return will be rejected.

All exchanges/returns for unopened packs of hair must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date. No exchanges/returns will be accepted if it’s past 14 days of the original purchase date. 

Return shipping is not covered by Shearmagick.com unless you have been

shipped the incorrect item. Please insure your exchange and/or return packages because we will not be responsible for lost shipments.

If you are returning/exchanging hair that has possible defects (matting, color, weft issues, etc.) make sure you return the full amount of hair in its original packaging with its original tags and a copy of your invoice. Do NOT take out any of the hair. Each package is weighed before it ships out and when it is received back at the warehouse. If any hair or weight is missing there will not be any exchanges or returns! 

Defective hair will be returned to Shear Magick warehouse for inspection and any

replacements or returns are at the full discretion of Shear Magick.
